I have just bought a Sony DWU-14A 4x DVD±RW but I am having problems with Nero. I have managed to get Alcohol 120% to work now that I have upgraded the firmware to DRU-510A. Th writer burns CDR's and DVD- fine in Alcohol but in Nero I get the message 'UNKNOWN BURN PHASE' I have serached all over the net for help and the Nero site doesnt give me any answers. I am at my wits end with this problem and am at the point of sending the burner back. HELP PLEASE :mad:
