I downloaded the db power amp to attemp recording streaming audio. Now what decoder plug-in do I need to download, so I use the winamp with it?

You don't have to use WinAmp with and you don't need a special decoder. You listen to the streaming media using whaterver you listened to it before, then you use the dBPowerAMP dMC Auxiliary Input to record the audio as it is streamed.
