Hi peeps,
Anyone know of a cheap place to pick up an XBox in Aus (preferably Melbourne!)?

Cheers folks

Uh, Videogame consoles in stores are all pretty much standardized in terms of pricing. The only way you get any kind of variation is if you are going to be buying a used console. ;)

:( Cheers, was worth a try. I was hoping someone might know of a particular store that has a great "post xmas" deal or similar.

nope the price difference will be +- $10 MAX so not really worth it

you can shop round for the best bundels though

Hey San, Happy New Year!

Do you have a gamestop or a place that sells used consoles? or are you looking new? As mentioned above most places are the same in price, but a used or refurbished one might be $75 cheaper.

Thanks guys and Happy New Year to one and all! I am looking to buy new, was just hopeful that someone had come across a stand out deal but clearly they don't exist! I'm still in student mode trying to save pennies (or cents nowadays) :)

Happy Festivus to you too. :)

I don't know of any really cheap deals, but the way the Aussie dollar has been rising lately, I don't know if the full benefit has been passed on yet.
