Ask to see the signature and proof of what address it was delivered to and when. Could it have been taken in by a neighbour?
Maybe they have got your order mixed up with someone elses.
I've just ordered a camera from them btw!

might just be amazons text book response, do what smeggin19 suggested (check with neighbours) then email them and make sure you sound pissed off, amazon hate bad feedback
But to be honest its sounds like a classic parcel force **** up, so not amazons fault anyways

I agree with Dave about Parcel "Farce." Heard so many bad things about them. Someone sent me a parcel on a Guaranteed 48hr Delivery and it took about 7-8 days to reach me. Don't know if the sender got a refund of some sort.
Could possibly be theft from someone working for Parcel Force (these things happen). I'm sure they could tell you who deliverd the parcel and what address they ACTUALLY went to.
Hope you get it sorted mate!

Parcel Force Lost a DVD player i sent to a board member for about 3 weeks. It wasn't till he got heavy with them and marched of to the depot that it mysteriously appeared.
Reflected bad on me and although i was 100% quick in sending i felt very responsible. That was when I vowed no matter what i'd never use them again.

It's not up to the buyer to contact the courier company, it's up to Amazon.
The buyer has a contract with Amazon, not with the courier company. It's Amazon that needs to take it up with them.
You shouldn't have to chase up invoices and delivery dockets, that's ridiculous. Amazon should be doing all the chasing and should immediately rectify the problem or give you a refund.
Greetings, salutations, Happy Festivus, and kudos to all and sundry.http://server4.uploadit.org/files2/130104-BabyInso.jpg

Just to let you know. I received an email from Amazon telling me that my camera is being delivered by Securicor Omega Express (not Parcel Farce hurrah!). I thought they would only have a contract with one delivery company, shows how much I know! :)

I think parcelforce is the cheapo option...now we see why...

ok after several emails to amazon i finally received my camera yesterday. it does appear to be a parcel force fault as amazon provided me with proof of delivery for the parcel but they don't know where it is. they said they would continue to investigate as it is suspicious. anyway have not got the time to claim back the £5 next day delivery charge, delivery took over 2 weeks. but amazon customer services were very helpful and did respond to mails etc, which is at least something.
thanks for posts and advise
