i have a problem with an almost new x-box, i bought it at bowlers and the cd drive doesn't open, it has been modded, so i am thinking that they have not plugged all the wires in, as it has never opened ( only just found out )
so how do you get inside it, i have removed the 2 long screw from the bottom.....and can't get any further.

there are also 4 screws one under each of the feet
