ok heres the problem everytime i try to ftp to my xbox it goes only at about 5 k. just started doing this like a week ago.its not my ftp program cuz i tried many and they all do the same. i normally use flash but i have tried others and they all do the same thing. it has to be like a settings in window can anyone help with this problem thanx

How are you connecting? are you using a cross over, a Hub or a router?
