?. If i don't hook up my xbox to the internet, can I download the new content available for games to my pc, burn a cdr or dvd and then install it.

no...u cant download any game contents to ur pc unless they are up for download by release gruops, which is illegal :) There arent that many out anyways. 2-3 games at max! the best way to get latest game content is to have a ligit xbox live & original games which im sure is not ur first choice! :)
