Does anyone know if the Plextor PX-708A (DVD+/-/R/RW) is capable of creating 1:1 copies of protected games.

I am looking for a new writer for my desktop and was going to the tried and true Plextor 10/12/32x CD-R/RW writer, BUT if the above can do the job (it has the same technology built into it. i.e PowerRec and Buffer Underrun) then I would purchase that instead to get the additional DVD wirte ability

Any comments ???

I still got a Plextor 1210s somewhere around here. Probably still worth more than some DVD writers.

One thing I do know is that it doesn't have GigaRec like the Plextor Premium does so no 1:1 securom copies.
