I have Pirates of the caribbean but only one audio track in dts. My standalone will not play it. I have demuxed and cannot find anything to convert it. When i fed it into dvd lab it gave an error warning regarding the khz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well if you have InterVideo WinDVD Platinum then you could use AzidTS to convert.

BeSweet has a number of options not sure if one fits your reqs. Give it a go.
