im using unlead movie factory 2 and when converting the dvd plays back and looses the sound half way through.

strange does anyone else have the same problems or has anyone sorted out why this happens?

only seems to happen to me when converting xvids:confused:

ive no idea why

XviD is a video codec it has nothing to do with audio.

seems very very strange

corrupt file seems to be the only answer bud

the only problem ive ever come accross when encoding is video problems (ie the whole video and sound appearing through the avi but when converted to mpg it loses the last 30mins - american pie 3)

mmm ive had problems with two xvids . they are ok when playing as an xvid but when converting loose the sound half way through.

weird i know. just hoped someone had had the same problem and cured it
