need help with pc drivers please

i just got an amd duron pc but ive no sound on it and didnt get any software with it.
how do i go about getting the drivers for it

download this (personal edition)

install and it will tell you what your sound card is, then just search the net for correct drivers (it even give you a link to the correct driver site) install and bobs your uncle.
