When trying to connect to the internet via broadband, a problem occurs that says the destination is unreachable. Freeserve themselves say that the problem is due to the tcp/ip settings and that the computer should be taken back to where it came from, but the trouble is, this broadband worked only yesterday. When it comes to dial, a message comes up saying that the problem is on 0769, whatever that means. If anyone knows how to fix this problem then please reply back, many thanks, Ben.

when they say take it back where it came from, do they mean to the house where the telephone line has been activated for there service there?
