Hi All,

I;m trying to convert my divx and mpeg files to DVD format using Tmpgenc plus, but whenever I try to open a source file, I get:

File "filename" can not open, or unsupported.

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to do something to the source file first?

Go to options and choose enviroment settings, then choose vfapi plugin tab.
Change AVI VFW compatability reader to a higher priority
(it is probably on -1 change to +1). Hope this helps it worked for me a while back.
