Best one is probably Nebula. Haven't tried it on XP but works very good on Win98 when I tested it on College computers :D Need a fast PC though.

I recommend Project 64. Works fine on my 933Mhz laptop. Most games run quickly, other than Goldeneye which needs about 2gigs of processing power in my experience.
Works fine on Win 98 and XP home.

1964 is a great emulator. It's also out for the XBOX and runs well on that as well so medium spec computers should run the games no problem.

I've got version 0.9.9 and I'm about 3 quarters of the way through Paper Mario so it's pretty stable!

Most emulator, if not all, will run using winxp. It's worth trying a few out because a game that doesn't run on one may run on another.

I'd have to agree, Project 64 is compatable with a wide array of games, not to mention that the speed of it is pretty impressive.
