A friend of mine bought the Plat version - she uses imation CD+R dvds
The software copied fine for 2 disks and then on the thirs and subsequent tries it burns for 20 seconds and says done.

She contacted 321 support and they had her shut down antivrus etc. But still no work, any ideas?

Try moving the temp files and burning with something other than DVDxCopy (Nero, RecordNow, etc.) see if that makes any difference.

dvdxcopy has an excellent forum.

I had similar problems with DVD X COPY so I switched to DVD Shrink and then burn with Recordnow Max and I have never looked back. No more 321 backup warnings, no more copy protection and with the Deep Analysis option, the quality looks better on movies that require high levels of compression. Oh yeah, and DVD Shrink is legal freeware.

Yup ..... agree with jester ... dump DVD X COPY and grab your free copy of DVD Shrink.
