I was almost sure some "hawkeyed" member would have spotted it ;)

Anyone tried out the latest version (Feb. 9, 2004 - DeepBurner 1.1.0.104 Released) ? ...... it seems to suggest that DVD-Video is now an option.

You sure?

Tried it on previous versions but a no go, must try again if that's the case. :)

Not sure, but this is what the website says :

"Every possible CD/DVD burning format is supported

Having had another look round the site, it may be they are talking about Video CD,

If you go to their forum there are many posts where their mods say that this program can't burn vcd, svcd, or video DVDs. It really doesn't make any since why they advertise all formats, if this is true.

Yeah .... I read a few forum posts, but assumed (wrongly it seems) that these applied to earlier versions and the latest version, released one week ago, had now included the video option, and they had updated their blurb accordingly to say :

"Every possible CD/DVD burning format is supported"

I guess I should know by now .... never to assume anything ;)

That's what I thought at first as well, but I went back through the version additions, and couldn't find anywhere that they added these features. I wish they would, it would be nice to have another choice.

Well ..... I just sent them an email, asking when they intend to include this feature.

I will post any reply I get back.
