I just dl Bittorent Shadow I get extremely slow speeds what the cause of this. I had opend ports 6881-6889 and i still get slow speeds I have Cable Modem. I thought Bittorent was soppse to be fast? I Got my bitt files from ISOHUNT.COM is that not a good place? Whats some others?

bittorrent is only fast if there are alot of full copies ofthe files you want available. I've gotten files where I never got over 1k/sec and it took a whole week to get it, and I have recieved a dvd-quality film in under 3 hours. it all depends on the seeds, and I think to a certain extent, your maximum upload speed(but could be wrong about that)

do u know a good serach engine to search for torrent files? That tells you all the speeds of the seeds or speeds all together
