Thanks for letting us all know the dvd x copy was avalible for free I got in touch with the company and they gave my a refund, I feel alot better now... I thought you might be interested in knowing..
We are sorry we couldn't get the software working for you. Although the
software is compatible with most systems, there are times when it
conflicts with other installed programs. Many people have had success
in using the software.
I have personally refunded the full purchase price for the download to
your credit card. The backup CD has already been produced and shipped
and, as stated on the purchase page, is non-refundable.
"Download Version
If you select the option, a backup CD will be mailed to you after
download.
Important: You must put a check in the box below during purchase if you
want to buy the backup CD. ($19.90 USD {non-refundable} which includes
postage)."
You may simply dispose of the backup CD when you receive it. There is
no need to return it.
We have reset the license code. We ask that you please do not activate
the software again or it will cause conflicts with our licensing
procedures.
You will receive a separate email from our merchant credit card
department confirming your refund within 24 hours.
