Hi. I'm trying to find an easy to use tutorial on how to flash my chip but they are all confusing! One says use a CD the other has some wierd cable and all these confusing things. Can anyone please tell me how to flash an executer modchip THE easiest way.

Well it would help us if you said which Xecutor chip exactly it is you have.

well i dont have one but i am boing to get an executer 2.2 lite or 2.3 lite any basic information would help thank you.

i have also seen evolution x bios settings for the xbox and the executer bios so which one is better? and i use the executer bios will i be able to install evoX OS?

ok when you buy your chip, it will most probly be programmed with a "cromwell" bios, this is a legal bios, as it contains no microsoft code, this will not let you play backup games, what you must do is flash the chip with a hacked bios (illegal bios), probly xecuter 4981 is the latest (and last by all accounts), anyways, when you install the chip, and power on the box, the cromwell bios will boot, and eject the cd, you must create a bios disk, see xbox-scene.com for a tut, slap it in, and then this will reflash your chip with the bios youve put on the disk, once you have the bios flashed, get slayers auto installer, and this will install evox, you can then reflash the chip through evox as many times as you want..........
