This is my first post so I hope I put everything needed on here.

I have just got a DVD RW too and some MirrorDVDr's from www.ebuyer.com

I use Nero 6.3.0.3 Ultra for burning, and have also tried Alcohol 120% demo version, RecordMax, CDRWin.

So far I have successfully backed up Tiger Woods 2004 using Swap Magic V3 but 007 EoN doesn't work.

Firstly it didn't boot at all, so I then tried again. Got it to the initial screen where you choose the language, it loads any saved option files and then just stops. It is also in Black & White. I have tried the CDLoader V7 (Beta 4 - I think) from the swapmagic site for the game but that made no difference.

For that I put the file on a CD using Alcohol 120% and then used the CD Swapmagic to boot and then the CDR with the patch on. Then put in the swapmagic DVD disk followed by the Backup of 007.

Am I doing anything wrong or could it be the media which is causing the problem on this game. I'm getting to the point where I may not back this game up coz I've used 3 DVDr's already.

You are not the only one having this problem. Seems to be a check in the game which is till not addressed with latest cdloader.

Good news. I was being stupid :-)

I actually have two good working backups.

Basically, just in case anyone else has this problem, after loading the CDLoader V7, I put in SMD3 and pressed X twice until the Swap Magic screen appeared. This was wrong. You only need to press it once and then it says insert DVDR with EA method. Pop it in and it works. I also changed it to PAL on the Video and it worked in colour.

anyone got some similar advice for Winning Eleven 7, it just sticks on the INSERT DISK screen (using swap disks and slide)

What colour is the background? Blue/Green/Red?

Winning Eleven 6 required CDLoader, so you may have to wait for a patch for that, maybe Beta4 will work on it. Worth a try.

I've got a modchip installed in my v4 ps2 but I can't play Bond:Everything or nothing. I keep reading about swapmagic and cdloader but I don't know what the heck that is. Can someone give me some direction?
