I have been trying to edit my sureal64.ini file so that it can find my roms but have had no luck so far,My roms are in e:\games\surreal64\roms so i edited my surreal64.ini file like this using flash fxp and uploaded it to my xbox and when i try surreal64 my roms dont show up,I'm new to editing ini files am i using the wrong program to edit the ini file thanks.
Hears what my sureal.ini file looks like at the top of the ini file.

hmmmm.... i'm pretty sure that surreal uses its root directory (where the default.xbe is) as the D: drive, so you should be using d:\roms\ as the path

Tried d:\roms\ as a path but no joy thanks anyway,Forgot to mension my sureal64 is on xbox hardrive,Burnt a disc out and changed surreal.ini to d:\roms where there were placed on the cd but still no joy

Have you deleted your surrel64 game save? It makes a game save after each attempt to load, most likely your old settings are still saved in your E; drive. If you want to delete the game save just go to your M$ dash under the memory setting and delete the game save and try again. Patching the default.xbe file solved my problem, wouldn't hurt to patch it.

Sorry,Wiped out original dash but runs alwright using evoX,So i cant get to my save games unless i go into f:\ drive i think.
Havent had surreal64 emulator running yet.
How do i patchi it thanks.
And where can i get the pach..Dont know whether i can ask that here or not sorry mods if i cant...

A program named craxtion will patch the file for you it's available at xbox-scene.com under the tools section or just search using google.com
