I'm running windows FD deluxm with norton 2004 installed.
Norton Antivirus keeps detecting XI.EXE every week on my computer and it's suppose to be deleted every time it detects it.
Anyone know how to get rid of this virus permanently.

I have a friend who was being continually re-infected with MSblaster variants through his network and the fact he kept connecting to the net before his firewall was setup each time he reformatted - just thought that might be an area to think about.

I used pestpatrol but can't find anything suspicious.
I also turn on the firewall.
This file comes back every 5 days. I'll know if this is working in 5 days.
