I used DRTCP02 on a computer with Win95 using dial-up. I set the RWIN to what it recommended and rebooted. Now the computer will not connect to any webpage. It will connect to the ISP but not any website. Outlook express will not connect either. any ideas on how to back to the original setup? thanks
