Putting the game in the HD isn't a problem but backing it up on Disc is a issue..

been done already,two release's,1 being the full HDD only version (too big for dvdr),and the other with just the jap movies taken out (2 gigs worth)..but in nfo says for every jap movie there is a english movie,so nothing missing for us english speaking peeps.

ins release, the iso is 3.99gb.

I'm grabbing this - anyone know if it needs a fix ?

i just tried mine and works ok with xecutor 2.1 with bios 4977

ahh right mines the old x-ecuter 1 lol i guess i be d/l a fix soon then - thx for the info ;)

EDIT:- I'me being told by someone with the latest bios that the error only happens part way in.

Where are the Moives to get rid of, I have look in the moive folder and I can not find the moive in JP to get rid of please help out thanks

If it's the Insomnia release (i.e 69x50) the japanese movies have already been removed - it's the tecmo DV9 version that will only fit on the hdd that still has them.

locks in in that first ninja building in my enigmah chipeed v1 xbox. also locks up on the 2nd try right by the waterfall. dirty or damaged disk error.

the same exact thing happened in my friends recently bought xbox, w/ xecuter 2.2 lite chip and bios 4979. happened when played off the HD and when using a disk.

With a little logic you could have figured this out... ;)

The japanese movies are all the .sfd files in the movie directory with "_J" at the end of the filename.

i have seen others with same prob with enigmah chipped consoles

version 1.2 xbox with excuter bios 4979 and cheapmod,works fine here.

I got a Dirty Disc error a few times, burnt it again at 2x and its fine now.

ive had no problems with an aladin chip

So f'kin hard I doubt I'll get to fully test it all the way through. Jeez what happened to a learning curve? Stage 3 and tough as old boots. I must be getting old. Used to be a good gamer, think my reflexes are slowing. Anyone for a spot of Patience LOL

It's the camera angles that make the game harder than it has to. If it had better camera angles, the game would not be so bad.

with the exception of Chapter 7, 15 and whatever chapter the 2 worms were on, you'll find it gets easier

Fine here ,finished the game and it worked fine using a x2 with the 4976.02.All games should be like this ,where the enemy actually puts up some resistance and don't just let you stroll through.

I never had a dirty disc message although I only played it once and this second time when I saved a second time, it would give the error about 20 sec into gameplay. It does that from my savepoint and when I start a new game, too.

Nay! I don't think it's Age thing rather this game is exceptionally difficult like the earlier Gaiden Games..
Currently I'm still trying to finish Ninja Gaiden 3 off Snes Compilation..

I checked Xbox-scene and supposedly you can resolve the dirty disc problem by making sure your clock settings are correct, subtitles are turned off, both of the 'English' settings are set (Language and something off I can't remember) and country set to UK. I tried this and still doesn't work.

For those, who find the game too hard, DNL have released a Trainer with inf life ect :D

I was going to use a trainer but i felt i was cheating my self glory or something like that. especialy because my friend finished the game and didnt need any help.

Well in my opinion i first was mentalized that this games so hard that i wouldn´t beat it, but then on level 10 i realised that all was in my mind, and it worked, i´m already in level 16 and until now i haven´t found it not hard at all, i´ve eve managed to beat Doku spirit and Alma2 on the first run, i´ve 60,000$, 5 elixir and all the weapon upgraded and in a time of 18.33 hours, i use Vigorian´s weapon mostly for normal fight and for the bosses i use the dragon sword and have worked fine for me, i don´t consider myself good gamer but i did realised that all the difficulty was in my mind.

Your right the game starts out hard and equals out with all the power ups you begin to get in the game. One your all powered up the enemies arent that tough.
