First when i go to the menu and select phone, it takes me straight back to the main screen.

Also alot of the time in music player the forward, back, pause etc buttons dont work.

Also whats the o2 grps settings and how do i insert them?

It may be easier to just reset it or reload the os etc how do i do that?

Also how do i install blzinstapp? I tried it and it installed but didnt show up anywhere i couldnt get into it?
