Can anyone recommend a near silent psu as my current one has just started to sound like a boeing 747 taking off from heathrow.

I realise that some can be pretty pricey but would prefer a mid range one as cheap as possible.

Try a Zalman PSU or one of the quiet Antec's maybe.

Antec truepower series with the "whisper Quiet " feature are excellent low noise PSU's

Enermax and Antec get my vote. I'm currently running an Enermax 450W ... completely stable and reliable thus far. :)
