if u want decent customer service and swift returns without stress, hassle, long phone calls etc
scan.co.uk
dabs.co.uk
Dave2986 Mar 11, 2004, 09:46 AM I would agree if you have to return something then you will have trouble
but they still have a better selection then both dabs and scan and the risk is sooooo small its worth it
ALso i have only had about 5 different orders from dabs and 2 times i have had somethng go wrong
which department did you work in?
(btw you cant link to other forums)

sorry about the links to other forums but I like to have something to backup what i am saying, and didnt know about the link rule, i was in what they call "returns dept", and it really IS that bad, hence why im well untruly outta it, most ppl there aint got a bloody clue (about 85% i'd say) sending out ram instead of monitors!!!, and yes this has happened, and numerous other things, anyways i wont go into the rest, though theres plenty, but it seems like you are one of very few ppl with good experiences, though if this ever changes, dont say i didnt warn you!
the few ppl i got to know, were like sick of this and that and only really there cos they are desperate, u usually get into the company cos u know other ppl, though i have to say i think they would take anyone on, 5 ppl left while i was there and that wasnt long, and 3 were sacked, unfairly i might add, though they probably would have walked otherwise anyway.
regards

Memories Mar 11, 2004, 03:59 PM gotta agree about staying clear i ordered a new case at the start of february and when it came it was smashed to bits and was the wrong case so returned it they inturn sent up 2 cases this time both of which were the wrong type and am STILL waiting for the correct case to be sent up
can NEVER get through on the phone lines and the e-note system they use is a joke - takes a couple of days to get a reply
needless to say won't be using them again
have just ordered from aria so hoping all goes well with them
