Best guitar recording software???

I just got a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum and I really got it so that I could record my guitar riffs on there. Does anybody know a good recording studio application that would record more then one input at a time so that I can have three inputs at one time and it would record? Price doesnt matter....I just want the best recording studio software I can get!!
