Hi

Im not sure if it is the files I am trying to re-encode but I opened the program up and clicked on the files I wanted to work with. It seemed to be doing something for a few seconds then TMPGEnc just ended.

Is this a problem with my mpeg file or the software do you guys think? Please advise? By the way the version of TMPGEnc is 2.5

There must be at least 10 different versions of 2.5. For instance I am running 2.521.58.169.

So it crashes when you add the source or when you start to encode?

It crashes when I add the source file...it just hangs for a few seconds, the hard disk seems to work then the program just quits...

By the way Im using v2.520.54.163 if thats a help to anyone

What is the source file? avi, mpg, mov?
