i really need some help here plz

before i start i need to say that i'm not that bothered about speed just as long as it gets the job done

right then here goes, i've got a pc amd1600 all the usual bits, well it's still under garantee with pc world ( 2 years left to run ) . any bit i need putting in has to be done by them or it's a dead garantee. now i've been down to pc world to have a look at there dvd burners and they've only got a few. below is a list of what i can get from them and dixons or currys. read through them plz and try to tell me which is best. i'm new to dvd burning and don't want to make many coasters. tnx for taking the time to read this.

I would say LITEON 22154 first, and SONY 22521 second, by reputation, and wash your hands before handling discs :-)

BTW, it's not true that anything added has to be done by PC World or it voids the guarantee.

If that's what they told you then they are misinformed or misleading you.

It only voids a guarantee if it can be proved or determined that adding something was responsible for causing the fault.
