Please don't put yourself down like that!

Let me do it.

An ISO is just a CD image.

You need to extract the contents to a folder.

The best tools to do this are WinRar and IsoBuster. Either does a fine job.

Once extracted to a folder, it's just a matter of burning it to a CD using any burning program.

You can also burn a cue/bin file with Nero or Alcohol 120%, what burning programs do you have ?.

Or get winISO and convert the cue & bin file to an ISO

Depends which version of Nero you have, in Nero 6 - open Nero Rom, in the new compilation window click cancel to close the window, on Nero menu bar select "Recorder" in the sub menu select "Burn image" browse to the cue file and make sure the "Files Of Type" is "Image Files (ISO, cue)", the rest will be self explanatory, the easiest way though is to use Nero Express and select "disc Image".
In previous versions of Nero I think you need to open the file menu then select "Burn Image".
