ok i just updated the bios on my msi kt6v mainboard and the xp3000 processor is now only showing as a xp1700 , could this be a bios setting?? help me please i dont have a clue

Most board manufacturers (definetly ABIT) reccomend you reset the BIOS after a flash. If you look in your manual should tell you which jumper you need. |
