i need help with my internet, for some reason my internet shows activity when i'm doing nothing. I have dsl and i check the client list and i'm the only 1 thats on. So i'm thinking it might be some kind of virus or spyware thats doing that. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with anything or know a software that let me know which program is using the internet.

i know for sure a program is using the internet connection without me knowing it which means its a spyware or something. any help? and i try most virus and ad ware scanner they can't detect it.
