I have read the guides, searched the forum and now resortung to posting. Need some help.
Installed a pci usb 2 card. Went to plug in a high speed device (nomad jukebox) and an alert came up warning of a high speed device in a non high speed blah blah.
I did some research and found i needed windows xp service pack 1. Updated this and therefore have driver 5.1.2600.0 showing in device manager.
It looks like everything is installed (enhanced host controller). I plugged in the device and same message came up.
Have uninstalled everything and rebooted and look the os detect the card and reinstall.
Prior to updating sp1 i installed all the different drivers that came with the card. The cd contains all manufacturers drivers. Could this be screwing the card.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
