When I try to play a cd in my cd rom on my computer, the first 20 seconds of every track are very scratchy and noisy, like there's a bad connection, then it will clear up. It happens to every cd I put in there. At first I thought it was my speakers, but they work fine for my dvds and any music I have in my library plays without a problem. Anybody have any suggestions?
