OK I looked and searched this forum and couldn't find a direct answer. So I'm posting this. I tried to mod a buddy's xbox today using excuter 2.3 plus lite a no solder chip. He has a version on xbox by the way. I flashed it with the programmer and got it to light up right two blue lights one green/yellow. now the problem it started fragging. so I reflashed , still fragging, played around for a couple of hours... still fragging. After I got annoyed and really p*ssed off I gave up for the day. I deceided to just put everything back together so we could still play it. When I put it all back together it still fragged there was no mod chip whatsoever installed. I tried turning it off and then back on and again it fragged. The harddrive may be the problem cause when I turned it on the second or third time the HD made a beepping noise one solid beep.There was not an error message or anything on the TV just a blue screen of death. Please tell me that the xbox is still working. Any help or info will be greatly appricated.

First off, Xboxs don't use post beeps like a pc.
If it was only the hard drive at fault the box wouldn't frag but would give you an error screen with an error code. So I don't think you have a drive problem.
Is it deffinately Flashing Red And Green? Cause there are other combinations of colours that mean different things?
If you fitted a mod and it doesn't work, then removed the mod and it still doesn't work, then you've probably damaged something on the motherboard! Its usually the D0 track that has been damaged.

Thanks for the help and the bad news. I was really afraid of that. When I fraggs It powers on then restarts twice and the thrid time it powers on it has the blue screen of death and flashes red and green on the xbox. how can I avoid trashing out the d0 points on the next xbox if I ever try this again?
