I have come up with a problem that has stumped me. I have an iso image that can be read easily by ISO Commander. Now after burning the iso with Nero 6 to a Cd-rom, I can read the iso image, and all the directories with windows explorer. But when I boot the computer with a windows 98 dos boot disk with cd-rom support I can only read one of the many directories of the cd-rom disk and I can't execute the setup.exe. This iso image is also cd-rom bootable image and I tried the disk booting the computer from the cd-rom and the same thing happed, non of the directories except for one, was readable. Any help in this would surely be appreciated.

Figured out the problem myself, the problems was ISO Commander screwing up the directory tree, when you did any editing of the ISO image. Seems that windows 32 bit could over look the bad directory tree, but dos 16 bit would not read a non conforming directory tree. Used another ISO image editor and every thing worked the way it should.
