hope all is fine, anyway,

im not to clever with the softmod thing, so give me a chance!
i have softmodded a few xbox's using 007 game and action replay.

the ones i have modded have all worked fine, except this one im doing this now.

when i copied the xboxdash.xbe to my pc (from the xbox) and then I
usually run the program called XVI32, when i was looking for text string xtf
it was not found.?
how come?
all the other xbox's i have done, found the text string xtf no problem,
but this one isn't finding it.
i ave tried as follows,,
text string : xtf (as unicode latin TICKED)
text string : xtf (as unicode latin NOT TICKED)
text string : x.t.f. (as unicode latin NOT TICKED)

as i said, all the other xboxdash.xbe files i have done worked ok, but this
xboxdash.xbe file from this xbox wont work?
is it because it is a new xbox( ie latest)?

i carried on softmodding this anyway, and now i get a rolling screen,
the evou x is in the background which i can see, but the screen is
rolling very fast,
it plays back-ups no problems, but you the screen is rolling.

is this an old method of softmodding i am using? maybe there
is a newer version of things.

come on folks, someone must know how to softmod this xbox !
i think the software i have must be no good for the new xbox's.
manufactor date is 2003-09-17 and the
serial nimber is 1135515 33805

need to get this done asap, so anybody with any help,
