google for slayer's auto installer. You'll need a working knowledge of MIRC to get it.

Im still quite new to all this so here is what maybe a silly question .......If i change the original hdd in my xbox for a 40 gig say i dont want nothing really big as i have a very good standalone dvdplayer and will only put a few games and films on it ......So after installing and formating and putting slayers on it will i have to lock the drive or is this lock/unlock thing for installing ......Also i have slayers on standerd xbox and when i load a small dvdr to it how do i play the complete film i can only play each vob seperatly .....or is this as i only have a small hdd and it hasent got the needed partitions .........

T.I.A........Keep up the good work here......

if you rip a dvd to your hd you can only play it in xbmp/xbmc as they are the only two that can read dvd's from the hd, and at the moment they haven't got full menu support but should be able to play the whole vob series (movie only) if you open the ifo file corresponding to the vob set you are wanting to watch

you could however use dvd regionx to read dvd's from the drive if you don't have the remote, and you can use the standard xbox dashboard to read dvd's if you have the remote- there is also a a patch for the official m$ dash that will let you play multiregion discs but that'll get you banned from xbox live though unfortuately if you try connecting to live with the patch enabled. dvdregionx is multiregion without the need for patching

lock/unlock is only if you intend to use the xbox unmodded (e.g. for live)
