I have an xcuter 2.2 chip and evox installed. It has been working fine for some time. I boot it up with the chip on this time and all of a sudden I have only very few items that I can select in evox. I used to have option to select games, play emulator, rip game to hard drive, ect. Now I only have about 3 or 4 options and that is it. I can still play games off of cd and it does not appear that anything major was erased off of the hard drive because I still have about the same amount of space left on it as I did before. Any clue as to how this happened?

The same happend to me a couple of days ago ....Still dont know how it happend just reinstalled sell install slayers and it a functioned fine again....Some one told me something about xbox live accesing something may reset and you may lose settings or your evo-x install dont no if it was true though.......(for some reason theres still alot of scaremongering in the scene)

accessing xboxlive will do nothing to evox- it may ban you from xbox-live but thats about it

chances are the evox.ini file became corrupt, and evox reverted to the very default/basic config file- you can ftp into the xbox and edit it- or if you were smart enough to keep a copy of the .ini file then all you need to do is ftp that over copying it over the one that's there at the moment

Actually I do have a backup of my xbox after I installed evox, so I will give that a shot.
