I upgraded from Windows Me to Windows 2000. I tried to open Norton AntiVirus but it said there was a problem , and to reinstall. I try to uninstall but I get a error , and will not let me uninstall. I tried to reinstall without uninstalling and it wouldn't let me do that either. What can I do? Thanks.

Go to the symantec website. They have an uninstall utility you may need.

I tried that but the removal tools that they have are for 2003 & earlier. I got Norton AV2004. Anybody know of a 2004 removal tool. Thanks.
