I think I know the answer but just want someone to confirm it please

I have original sex in the city series one dvd and want to make a backup of it. Problem is for some reason it is Region 2 BUT NOT PAL (its still NTSC)

If I run it through dvddecrypter will that automatically make it PAL when I burn the backup ???

does dvd shrink also convert NTSC to PAL ??

Hi, no it doesn't convert from NTSC to PAL. It keeps it the same. It does however remove Region code, Macrovision and P-UOPs.
