I have just bought a second hand PB Easynote VX 5013, P3 500 S/N K321100144 and after installing the sound drivers that pertain to this system/OS it reboots everytime it tries to boot into Win98 RL2 or Me. It is a clean HD format with just Win98 or ME installed and the soundcard drivers being the only thing installed on the system apart from the Os.
The drivers I have tried are:
Yamaha AC-XG (YMF752s) 4.06.100x
Win95 Win98 WinME
31-01-2000
Yamaha YMF752-S WDM Audio Driver 4.10.2114
Win98 Win2000
10-12-1999
Yamaha AC-XG (YMF752s) Audio Driver 6.13.10.2152
Win98 WinME Win2000 WinXP

The only way I can get this laptop to work is by disabling the audio profile in the systemp properties but it isn't much good to me without sound. Can anyone help because its gonna hit the wall if i have to spend anymore time farting around with it.
