I found this question on the old forum, but no reply.

"When trying to format a CD-RW disk using adaptec's directcd it stops after about 20 seconds with message "invalid session number 0x4000047. Can anyone suggest what this means or why it's happening."

I too have this problem using Win98 on Gateway PC. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
