Have a server which is linked to 4 terminals

EURO 1
EURO 2
EURO 3
EURO 4

Problem is that EURO 2 / EURO 3 / EURO 4 can all find each other but cant be seen by server and cant access anything at all on the server i.e shared folder/printer etc

EURO 1 can access everything and can be seen by server

They are all on the same workgroup as well ?

This was working fullY,till someone re-loaded windows back on the server,now this problem has occured ?

Ant ideas on what needs to be done ?

PS . SERVER IS RUNNING WIN 98 AND ALWAYS HAS DONE
