I am using the matshita dvd 820 multi dvd player and for whatever reason version 6 of the Nero program cannot find my dvd player. The only recorder which can be find using Nero is the image recorder.

Consequently, I cannot use Nero 6 with my dvd player.

Any ideas or suggestions are highly appreciated.

So it must not be supported. Try another program. What nero supports should be at nero.com
