Dose anybody here use the karaoke channels in winmx ?
I'm asking as I haven't seen it mentioned in here before , and if you aren't aware of it --- you should be , cos it'srather good...

Interesting - I've got winmx but how do I access these channels?

Make a 'primary connection' to the network , click on 'chat' and up pops a list of available channels .....There's about 24 karaoke channels , each with 10 - 60 members on there.
There's also channels dedicated to movies , apps and other stuff too.
I only found it when i started using the latest version V3.53........
You'll need a good connection to make the most of it (i have 3mb :tup: )

Also , the karaoke files are zipped or rared.....
It's great , there's sooooooooo much of it your head will spin.
And as long as you are polite and you dont leech you shouldn't have a problem, the peeps on there are a cool bunch of guys and girls.......

I downloaded winmx like u said...and pulled up the chat screen but no channels show...am i doing something wrong?

Are you using a special list of servers for winmx?

ive been using it for some time the version i have is winmx ver.3.3.1
you dont need a primary connection ...a secondary connection is ok
the people are fine with lots i mean lots of zipped karaoke tracks to pick up
the people are also very nice on the chat line ...but share or be cut off
