Here is the link to the diagram: http://www.mod-chip.com/images/neo12_v9.jpg

Hi Mate, you need to scrach the resin off those points, use a fibre glass pen or something sharp, then you will be able to solder to them.

Are you mean just only use the fibre glass pen to remove the green color layer? Seem like very difficult, because the green color layer and the copper area are very thin, I worry about they would remove together if I am going to scrach. Any experience can share?

M8 its very easy, just scratch the top layer off so you can see the copper via pad. You can use a pair of sharp tweezers you dont have to a fibre glass pen, i normall go for the tweezers.

Thanks !!! I think to use the fibreglass pen to remove the green area is more safety for me. But which local store is selling the fibreglass pen? I tried radio shack but can't find it. I find out several web site in UK is available, however, it cost over $20 with shipping, is there any cheapest way to get it, I am located at LA.
Thanks
