one solution for free update problem(apart from buying it -LOL) is as follows :-
Download the demo version & install it into a new directory, not the default directory as it's probably where your old cracked version would be.
copy the files watdi.bxl and watka.bxl to your old cracked & working directory of KSL, overwriting the existing files with the new, larger files & "VOILA!!" working, printing & updated- HA!
