Having a problem with my Mother's PC.
We use AOL, which gives us our email ok, but when I try and access a web page, all I get is Page not found, as if the PC was not online.
Had this problem with my own PC, which was rectified by running Norton AV, but when I tried to install it on my Mother's comp, It wouldnt let me acceess the net to activate the software.
She's driving me crazy with complaints, so any Ideas how to make the Internet work again???????
